Where can I find my order confirmation?
You can find the order confirmation on myARI under the category “orders”.
Why can't I see my order?
If you cannot see your order, this may be due to various reasons. Please contact myARI Support and we will be happy to help you.
Are all orders displayed in myARI?
myARI stores all orders of the current year, but also backwards of the last 2 years.
Can I find the matching documentation (data sheets, operating instructions, certificates) along with my order?
Yes, for each order item you will receive the product description as well as the data sheets and operating instructions. You will find certificates under the order section "Certificates" if you have ordered them and they have already been created. You can also download all documents in a zip file.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Please refer to the order details for your delivery week. Depending on the carrier, detailed delivery tracking is also available. Your account manager will be able to give you more precise information based on the order details if the delivery week has been exceeded.
Where can I find the current status of my order?
You can find the status of your order on myARI under the category "orders".
Can I still change or cancel my order?
This may be possible depending on the order status. To do so, please contact the customer manager or find the relevant contact details under "Contacts" in the navigation of myARI.
What can I do if I’ve made a mistake in my order?
If you have made an error in your order, please contact your customer manager as soon as possible. Please note that cancellation or amendment charges may apply depending on the status of the order.
Will I be notified if a delivery date cannot be met?
If a delivery date is postponed, this will be indicated in your order details in myARI. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact your order manager via "Contacts".
Which order documents are available in myARI?
All relevant documents for the respective order are available in myARI. You will receive the operating instructions and data sheets for the products themselves, the packing list and delivery note are part of the shipment documents and requested certificates are also available for download.
In which formats are my order documents available?
The order documents are available as PDF files and can also be downloaded bundled in a ZIP file.
Are the order documents available as a download?
Yes, you can download and save your order documents.
How long are my order documents available after I have completed my order?
Your orders are always available in myARI in the current year plus 2 years retroactively.
